Orange Plaza Rotary was honored to welcome 92-year-old Bob Ruiz of San Juan Capistrano to our meeting on September 17th.  Bob is a World War II veteran and joined guest speaker Craig Van Doren of Honor Flight Southland.  Honor Flight transports heroes, free of charge, to Washington DC to visit and reflect at their memorials.
