In 2013, Orange Plaza Rotary partnered with the Rotary Club of Athani, in the state of Kamataka, India and Rotary District 5230 to provide critically needed equipment to students in the Athani area. With a matching grant from The Rotary Foundation, the two clubs were able to provide 287 desks and benches to 5 schools. The project also included a new computer lab for visually-impaired students at a school for the blind. Orange Plaza Rotary was honored to participate in this project focusing on basic education and literacy for everyone. #WeAreRotary
