Orange Sunrise Rotary members joined hundreds of ghouls, goblins, princesses and Spidermen for an afternoon of trick-or-treating and games at the Orange Plaza on October 25, 2012.  The annual “Treats in the Streets” event, sponsored by the City of Orange, provides a safe environment for children and parents.  Local businesses provide treats and service organizations, schools and community groups set up game booths and sell food and drink.  Music, a hay-ride, a costume parade and a costume contest complete the day.  Orange Sunrise Rotary has attended for many years and operates a free bean bag game at the event.
