Featured Speaker: Megan Penn- Orange Home Grown

Megan Penn is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Orange Home Grown Foundation, a grass-roots nonprofit organization dedicated to reconnecting the City of Orange and surrounding OC communities to its rich agricultural roots through education, sustainability, and local engagement. With a background in urban design and community planning, Megan brings over two decades of experience in project development, public outreach, and nonprofit leadership. Since co-founding Orange Home Grown in 2009, she has helped establish the Orange Home Grown Farmers & Artisans Market, the Education Farm, Youth Food Literacy Program, and numerous community programs and events that foster collaboration, health, and resilience. Her work reflects a deep passion for community-inspired regeneration and creating spaces where people of all ages and backgrounds can learn, grow, and thrive together.
